The use of these terrarium filters prevents clouding of the water in the aquaterrarium (paludarium) and the development of bad smells. Only in this way can turtles, amphibians and other terrarium inhabitants always be provided with 100% clean and healthy water. However, the Exo Terra Repti Clear F250 and F350 terrarium filters can only provide a guaranteed cleaning effect if the filter sponges are changed regularly.
