The Zoo Med Deep Dome reflector lamp is the perfect choice for those who want to install large light sources safely and without glare in the terrarium. As the name Deep Dome suggests, this reflector luminaire impresses with its extra deep reflector made of highly polished aluminium. Even long UV compact lamps and the largest UV surface emitters disappear completely into this generous reflector housing. Not only does this look extremely good in the terrarium, it also has the great advantage that the observer can no longer be blinded by exposed terrarium lamps. This is almost a necessity, especially with strong UV surface emitters, as the glare effect is painfully strong here. But this is only one of the great advantages of the Zoo Med Deep Dome reflector luminaire. Not to be underestimated is the energy saving effect in the terrarium, because the reflector ensures that no light, no UV and no heat radiation is lost in the terrarium. Everything is bundled efficiently and radiated loss-free into the terrarium.
