With this operating unit you can operate all conventional T8 fluorescent tubes which have the standard diameter of 1 inch - i.e. 25.44 millimetres thick. However, the Hagen/Exo Terra Glo T8 operating unit is not suitable for the modern, more efficient T5 fluorescent tubes. The Hagen/Exo Terra Glo T8 has an above-average level of equipment and workmanship, so with this operating unit you are buying a piece of reliable terrarium technology that has a particularly long service life. In addition, the Hagen/Exo Terra Glo T8 not only shines in the terrarium - the Hagen/Exo Terra Glo T8 operating unit is perfectly protected from splash water by the end caps of the tube holders. This means that the Hagen/Exo Terra Glo T8 operating unit can be used not only in any type of terrarium, but also in aquariums!
The Hagen/Exo Terra Glo T8 reliably takes over the electronic control of the fluorescent tube in the terrarium.
