The Exo Terra Sun Glo Halogen Spot Terrarium Lamp is a special development from Exo Terra whose goal was to develop a more natural light spectrum for terrariums - this is a real weak point with many conventional halogen lamps. Well, mission accomplished, it must be said quite clearly here. One of the features of the Exo Terra Sun Glo Halogen Spot is that it produces an increased amount of UV-A radiation, which has a positive effect on the vitality of reptiles and other terrarium animals. The willingness to reproduce is also stimulated by sufficient UV-A radiation. The Exo Terra Sun Glo Halogen Spot Terrarium Lamp is the perfect choice for reptile thermoregulation. The Exo Terra Sun Glo Halogen Spot produces increased infrared radiation, which can be used to create local heat spots for terrarium animals. In addition to these good properties in terms of light and heat, the Exo Terra Sun Glo Halogen Spot Terrarium Lamp also features a small halogen spot with a magnificent colour temperature of 4750K. Is that good? Definitely yes, if you consider that large and much more expensive terrarium lamps do not come close to such values. Reptiles blossom visibly in this light to their full splendour of colour.
